Are you an experienced Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Engineer with a background in power transmission, overhead lines, or energy infrastructure?

We are currently supporting an established engineering organisation that is expanding its capabilities within major infrastructure projects and is looking for an experienced Project Manager Energy Infrastructure (m/f/d) to join their team in Germany.

This is an opportunity to take responsibility for technically challenging projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the development of critical infrastructure supporting the energy transition.

Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of energy infrastructure projects
• Managing projects with responsibility for quality, deadlines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinating internal teams, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and external stakeholders
• Supporting the execution of infrastructure projects from planning through to completion
• Ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and project delivery methods
• Supporting project planning, reporting, and cost management activities

Education & Experience

• Completed technical degree, engineering qualification, or comparable professional experience
• Several years of experience in project management, construction management, or engineering within energy infrastructure
• Experience working with overhead lines, power transmission, grid infrastructure, or related technical projects
• Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage complex projects

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of power transmission systems, overhead line construction, or energy infrastructure projects
• Experience managing technical projects with multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of construction processes, planning requirements, and project coordination
• Confident use of standard project management and office tools
