Job summary

Bitpanda in Vienna is seeking an HR Operations Intern to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle in a fast-growing environment. You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain high data accuracy in Workday, and provide frontline employee support.

Qualifications

• Passion for HR Operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle.
• Strong eye for detail and data accuracy.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft HR documentation and manage daily administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle.
• Audit and maintain employee records in Workday with accuracy and care.
• Resolve first-line employee inquiries via Jira, meeting SLAs with empathy.
• Collaborate with HR Operations on projects and process improvements.
• Model a data-driven mindset and support seamless employee experiences.
