Job summary

Rosewood Vienna seeks a Hygiene and Kitchen Steward to ensure HACCP compliance across stewarding, kitchen, and staff areas. You will help organize workflows, clean and store china, glassware, and kitchenware, and monitor equipment and cleaning supplies.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced team, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. German and English are required; MS Office knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Good command of German and English; additional languages a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards (HACCP) in stewarding, kitchen and employee areas.
• Assisting with organization and coordination of work processes; cleaning and storing china, glassware, silverware and kitchenware.
• Monitoring proper use and maintenance of machines, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
• Cleaning all kitchen equipment, appliances, floors and walls.
• Waste disposal according to regulatory and company guidelines.
• Scheduling and coordinating third-party services.
• Ensuring that all equipment and tableware are in perfect condition.
