Qualifikationen

• Recent multiple myeloma experience and a network of clinical experts.
• Understanding of Medical Affairs practices and country codes of conduct.
• Ability to identify strategic Medical Affairs opportunities and collaborate across functions.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the in-country medical lead for hematology programs and scientific initiatives.
• Represent Medical Affairs in cross-functional planning with regional, international, and headquarters teams.
• Lead and develop the hematology medical team through mentoring, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Support clinical development through investigator engagement, site identification, and research activities.
• Deliver scientific presentations to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners.
• Partner with field medical teams on congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and medical content.
• Provide medical input to commercialization, market access, launch readiness, and lifecycle strategies.
• Build positive relationships and bring actionable insights that strengthen patient-focused decision making.
