We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support multiple international projects in a shared environment. This is a contractor, part-time position with flexible scheduling during business hours.

You will be assisting customers across different industries, including consumer products, digital photo services, and e-mobility solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Dutch (C2 level) language skills, both spoken and written
• Good command of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-focused mindset and genuine desire to help others
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
• Confidence using computers and online tools
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not essential
