Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Advertisers Support Representative to join our client’s multilingual team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle inquiries related to digital advertising products, tools, and campaigns, delivering both pre-sales and post-sales support in Hebrew and English.

Work is on-site with rotational shifts; training is provided with a training allowance, and the role offers a structured path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken Hebrew (C1 level)
• EU passport holder or local residency
• Good command of English
• Empathetic and helpful approach
• Strong team-player attitude
• Interpersonal skills and ability to de-escalate situations
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools

Responsibilities

• Support SMBs with enquiries related to digital advertising products, tools and campaigns
• Provide customer support in Hebrew and English via chat, email and phone
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service advertising products
• Provide guidance on products and tools to improve the customer experience
• Follow up on email enquiries through outbound calls and using phone support to resolve issues promptly
• Identify recurring trends and resolve issues affecting multiple SMB clients
• Deliver a professional customer experience in line with quality and service standards
