Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Advertisers Support Representative to assist SMBs using our client’s digital advertising services. You will support Hebrew and English inquiries across chat, email and phone, delivering both pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.

The role requires exceptional Hebrew skills (C1), English proficiency, and a collaborative team spirit. The position is on-site in Lisbon with rotational shifts and a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken Hebrew (minimum C1 level).
• EU passport holder or local residency card.
• Good command of English.
• Empathetic and helpful approach.
• Strong team-player attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to de-escalate situations when necessary.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support SMBs with enquiries related to digital advertising products, tools and campaigns.
• Provide customer support in Hebrew and English via chat, email and phone.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.
• Provide guidance on products and tools to improve the customer experience.
• Follow up on email enquiries through outbound calls and using phone support when appropriate to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Identify recurring trends and resolve issues affecting multiple SMB clients.
• Deliver a professional customer experience in line with quality and service standards.
