Qualifikationen

• Certification: Valid STCW95 certification.
• Minimum of 4 years of pastry leadership experience in international five-star hospitality.
• Knowledge of international cuisine and advanced pastry/baking fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of Public Health policies, sanitation procedures, and temperature logging.
