This is a pivotal role reporting to the Global Head of Manufacturing Quality.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in leading global companies, 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep experience in quality across development, production and supplier management.
• Lean/Belt certification and global quality system knowledge.

• Lead plant quality team and drive quality across the product portfolio.
• Shape strategic quality direction with global quality organization.
• Conduct regular quality assessments and implement continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement quality strategies for the site and harmonize global standards.
• Mentor the quality team and foster learning and growth.
• Collaborate across development and production to improve product quality.
