Qualifikationen

10+ years’ experience in operations, transformation, production strategy, or manufacturing excellence.
Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex, cross-functional strategic programs across global environments.
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence senior executives and simplify complex topics.

Aufgaben

Lead end-to-end strategic programs across Global Manufacturing ET&A.
Drive footprint strategy, cost-reduction programs, production system evolution, and enterprise-level transformation projects.
Develop and lead a diverse team of Business Developers, Project Managers, and Program Managers.
