Philips Dictation | Speech Processing Solutions in Vienna seeks a strategic Head of QA who will own and evolve the quality function across our speech recognition and voice productivity portfolio. You will partner with the CTO, Head of Product, and Head of Software Development to drive release confidence and risk-aware decisions.

You will lead a growing QA team, set automation strategy, and define standards across mobile, desktop, web, and hardware integrations.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of QA Engineering leadership, with hands-on background.
• Experience testing multi-platform SaaS products; automation architecture and API testing.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product, and leadership.

• Define and evolve quality strategy across the product ecosystem.
• Lead cross-team quality programs including release readiness and risk management.
• Set test approach for cross-component work and coordinate with teams to deliver.
