Qualifikationen

• Several years of QA Engineering experience, including leadership.
• Experience testing complex, multi-platform SaaS products with automation, CI/CD integration, API testing, and AI/ML features.
• Proven collaboration with engineering and product leadership; able to challenge scope and timelines when quality risk warrants it.
• Strong people leadership—coaching QA engineers and building ownership across teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Define and evolve quality strategy across the full product ecosystem including mobile, desktop, web, and hardware integrations.
• Lead cross-team quality programs with release readiness and risk-based decisions.
• Define test approach for cross-component work and coordinate across teams to ensure exit criteria.
• Identify systemic quality signals and drive root-cause fixes rather than repeated re-testing.
• Set automation strategy and improve CI pipelines, environments, and test data.
