We're looking for a Head of Product to rethink our products and fraud systems to be AI‑centric. You’ll leverage AI for automation and enable intuitive, multi‑modal customer interactions to build trust and streamline compliance processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a financial crime product team, designing features that improve security across Revolut’s global platform
• Building teams to align with product objectives and developing team members to enable their career growth
• Overseeing your team’s product roadmap, from strategic planning and conception, to execution and launch

What You’ll Need

• 7+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing large teams (product leaders at Revolut directly manage multiple squads and Product Owners)
• Experience managing AI products, data science products, customer‑facing products, and back‑office systems
• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
• High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI‑based prioritisation
• A bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects, never hesitating to roll up your sleeves and be hands‑on
• Experience leading product development and launch from scratch
• The ability to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast‑paced environment
