Job summary

Hostaway is seeking its first Product Analytics leader to define how we measure impact and guide product investment. You will write SQL, build analyses, and mentor others while partnering with product leaders and the CTO. This is a hands-on, remote role anchored in the applicant’s country of residence.

As a key player in our AI-first, high-growth company, you’ll establish measurement standards, design analytics that survive AI-driven changes, and drive data-led decision making across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product analytics with B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong data foundations and ability to design reliable data models with Data Engineering.
• Experience with event tracking and AI-enabled product measurement.
• Influence beyond title, guiding data-led decisions across teams.
• Experience building analytics operating models and finance-friendly business models.

Responsibilities

• Set the product measurement standard and define active/adopting customer metrics.
• Incorporate measurement into planning and required impact sizing in PRDs.
• Design measurement for AI-native products where traditional metrics fall short.
• Present data-driven investment insights and grow metrics fluency across teams.
• Establish tracking plans, instrumentation specs and data quality standards.
• Remain hands-on with SQL and analyses while building the function.
