Job summary

Hostaway is seeking a senior GEO/SEO expert to own how we are discovered globally across traditional search and AI-powered experiences. This senior IC role covers GEO/SEO strategy, measurement, experimentation, and cross-functional execution, shaping how AI changes the buyer journey and how we improve visibility and revenue.

You will collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, Web, Demand Gen, and Analytics to translate insights into coordinated actions, while owning technical SEO and AI

Qualifications

5+ years of GEO/SEO experience with hands-on optimization, content strategy, and measurement.
Deep understanding of AI-driven discovery and its impact on buyer journeys.
Proven ability to build dashboards, run experiments, and translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

Own global GEO/SEO strategy, roadmap, and performance to grow organic revenue.
Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, Web, and Analytics to execute programs.
Develop AI discoverability initiatives across AI and traditional search channels.
Improve technical SEO, structured data, crawlability, and site architecture.
