Job summary

KEBA Group AG in Linz sucht eine/n Innovation Manager – Focus China (alle Geschlechter). Sie identifizieren globale Trends in KI, Automatisierung und Smart Manufacturing und arbeiten eng mit externen Partnern zusammen.

Sie koordinieren Open-Innovation-Projekte, unterstützen Pilotinitiativen und dienen als Schnittstelle zur chinesischen Tochtergesellschaft. Perspektivisch erfolgt eine enge Zusammenarbeit über Regionen hinweg, inklusive home office-Optionen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Innovationsmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Innovationsmanagement oder Business Development
• Grundkenntnisse des chinesischen Marktes und interkulturelle Zusammenarbeit
• Interesse an KI, industrieller Automatisierung und digitaler Transformation
• Verständnis von Open-Innovation und externen Kooperationsmodellen
• Starke analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• Englisch fließend; Mandarin ist von Vorteil

Responsibilities

• Überwachung globaler Trends in KI, Industrieautomation und Smart Manufacturing (Schwerpunkt China/Asien)
• Identifikation und Unterstützung bei der Bewertung neuer Geschäfts- und Innovationsmöglichkeiten
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern wie Startups, Tech-Unternehmen und Forschungseinrichtungen
• Unterstützung und Koordination von Open-Innovation-Projekten und Pilotinitiativen in KI und Automatisierung
• Schnittstelle zur chinesischen Tochtergesellschaft sicherstellen und Kommunikation optimieren
• Wissensaustausch über Regionen hinweg fördern und Best Practices teilen
• Organisation von Innovationsworkshops, Pilotprojekten und Partnerschaften

How you convince us

• Completed education in Innovation Management, Industrial Engineering or comparable skills
• 2–5 years of experience in innovation management or business development
• Basic knowledge of the Chinese market and intercultural collaboration

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus

Salary

You can expect an attractive and market‑compliant salary. The minimum salary on a full‑time basis is EUR 4.100,00 gross per month. Of course, we pay more – depending on your qualifications and professional experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package awaits you.
