EMBIQ GmbH in Graz, Austria seeks a Business Development Manager to drive B2B AI services across the DACH region. You will identify prospects, conduct initial calls, and craft scopes and quotes with analysts, while representing EMBIQ at events and maintaining CRM updates.

Fluency in German and strong English, plus a passion for AI and clear explanations, are essential. Hybrid work from Graz with office and remote options—join a team delivering AI software and embedded projects.

Qualifications

at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales of IT or consulting services;
fluent German and very good English;
willingness to work from our office in Graz (hybrid possible);
interest in AI and the ability to explain it in simple words;
very good communication skills.

Responsibilities

find and contact companies in the DACH region that can gain from AI in their processes;
run first calls and explain how an AI process review works;
prepare scope and quotes together with our analysts;
represent EMBIQ at industry events and trade shows;
keep leads and deals up to date in our CRM;
share market feedback with the delivery team.
