• Degree in veterinary medicine, biology or comparable scientific discipline.
• Experience in laboratory animal science or related environment.

• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Technical and organizational management of the Animal Facility.
• Ensuring smooth operation in compliance with all legal and internal requirements.
• Leadership, development and motivation of the team.
• Participation in the further development of the Animal Facility and its processes.
• Responsibility for animal welfare, hygiene and quality standards.
• Collaboration with internal departments, scientists and external partners.
• Planning and optimization of workflows and resources.
• Support with audits, inspections and regulatory procedures.
