Job Description

What is it about

Drive improvements of current and future hardware platforms (e.g., MBX/RBX), focusing on performance, quality, and cost.

Lead innovation projects as well as hardware change management for these platforms and their components.

Act as the key interface for hardware-related topics within our team, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

Evaluate, select, and qualify hardware components and platforms together with our internal teams and external partners.

Plan and execute tests to validate hardware and components against product specifications and identify potential improvements.

Supportcertification processes and country-specific approvals.

Contribute to thecontinuous improvement of operational processes.

What you bring
