You will collaborate with Design, Product Management, Commercialization, Supply Chain and Testing to align perspectives and validate designs with DFMEA and tolerance checks.

This full‑time role in Austria offers a competitive gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3,000, with potential overpayment based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifikationen

• Track record in bicycle or consumer goods industries required.
• Hands-on mindset with willingness to tackle practical tasks.
• Experience with composite plastic engineering and Design For Manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience guiding external engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and familiar with Product Data Management tools.
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive and able to drive multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Drive the product development cycle from continuous iterations through testing, industrialization, and lifecycle management.
• Act as the primary Engineering representative across concurrent optimization projects.
• Refine existing products and evolve component designs to meet high standards.
• Use advanced methods to validate designs, including DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and joint checks.
• Partner with Design, Product Management, Commercialization, Supply Chain, Testing and Compliance to integrate diverse viewpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define inputs for, review, and implement results from simulations and real-world tests.
