Job summary

Dynatrace is hiring for a Bluebox-focused role to own monetization and growth analytics. You will shape the operational backbone of the Bluebox monetization model, including pricing, billing, and self-serve flows, and monitor adoption and KPI progress.

Collaborating with Growth and Monetization leadership, you will define data flows, build a single source of truth, and ensure enterprise-grade execution of product-led growth across the platform in Linz.

Qualifications

• Typically 5 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Monetization, Growth Operations, or Business Systems in SaaS.
• Practical experience with monetization models: pricing, packaging, subscription and usage-based billing, self-serve, or marketplace transactions.
• Strong analytics capability to define a KPI stack and translate data into adoption and growth insights.
• Experience with core GTM systems: Salesforce or equivalent CRM, marketing automation, product analytics, and billing platforms.
• Strong program management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Own monetization operations for Bluebox, including pricing tiers and upsell flows.
• Translate pricing decisions into working systems: billing, metering, entitlements, checkout, and dunning.
• Set up the monetization funnel end-to-end with paywalls and upgrade triggers.
• Define and steward adoption and growth KPI stack and reporting.
• Map and document the Bluebox data model and data flow across systems.
