The role demands deep expertise in organizational design, change management and executive partnership, with English and German fluency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in People & Culture, HR, organizational development or transformation.
• Proven scale-up experience, moving from entrepreneurial growth to structure and scalability.
• Strength in organizational design, operating models and transformation.
• Experience in culture and leadership development, performance management and talent development.
• Strong track record partnering with senior executives as a strategic sparring partner.
• Ability to balance group-wide alignment with business-specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business ambitions into a clear, prioritized Group People & Culture strategy.
• Design the P&C Target Operating Model with central, shared and local components.
• Build a scalable, data-driven P&C function with governance and standards.
• Advise Group leadership on strategic people and organizational topics.
• Evolve ways of working and governance across the businesses for sustainable profitability.
• Drive leadership development, talent reviews and succession planning across the Group.
