Comet AG, based at Flamatt, Switzerland, seeks a Group Function Controller (80-100%) to drive financial reporting, forecasting and performance dashboards for Group Functions. You will partner with IT, HR and Finance leaders and lead transformation initiatives to standardize financial performance across the group.

We value a senior controller with IFRS knowledge, strong communication, and fluent English (German a plus).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling. Power BI & Power Query skills are a plus.
• Fluent English is a must and German skills are a plus.
• Understanding of IFRS and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide monthly financial reports and analysis for various Group Functions and derive recommendations for action from them
• Planning & Performance Management: Lead the Group Functions planning processes, rolling forecast and develop management dashboards to control the departmental performance
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as the Finance Business Partner to Group Function Heads such as IT, HR and Finance and prepare management presentations
• Continuous Improvement: Drive transformation initiatives and standardize financial performance across the Group Functions
