Comet Group, a leading Swiss technology company, seeks a Finance professional to drive monthly reporting, planning, and performance management across Group Functions. You will partner with IT, HR and Finance heads to present strategic insights and drive improvement.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in controlling, IFRS knowledge, and fluent English; German is a plus, with strong communication and a proactive approach to dashboarding and financial transformation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling; Power BI & Power Query are a plus.
• Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
• Understanding of IFRS and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide monthly financial reports and analyses for Group Functions and derive recommendations.
• Lead Group Functions planning processes, rolling forecasts and dashboards to control performance.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to Group Function Heads (IT, HR, Finance) and prepare management presentations.
• Drive transformation initiatives and standardize financial performance across Group Functions.
