Austrian Airlines AG is offering an internship starting January 2027 for six months in the innovation team. You will contribute to developing new ideas and support digitalization projects across ground operations.

The role emphasizes practical, hands-on work and collaboration with multiple departments. You should be enrolled in a relevant program, have strong German and English skills, and show analytical thinking along with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship with a certificate of enrollment
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Some practical experience and a hands-on, analytical approach
• Willingness to learn new topics and tackle unfamiliar tasks
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SharePoint or Power BI is a plus
• Experience in a project environment or digital transformation projects
• Unrestricted work permit for Austria/EU

Responsabilités

• Be part of the innovation team and help develop new ideas
• Support innovation and digitalization projects and take on responsibilities
• Drive digitalization of ground operations and help develop digital solutions
• Collaborate with departments on projects and in working groups
• Provide support for events and internal initiatives
• Take on defined communication tasks and develop strategies and content
