Job summary

ENPULSION GmbH is seeking an experienced GRC Manager to lead the newly created Governance, Risk and Compliance function. Reporting to the CFO, you will design and implement robust GRC structures across the group, collaborating with the Executive Board, Legal Counsel and Quality Management to embed standards as the company grows internationally.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management or governance, preferably in an industrial or regulated environment.
• Degree in law, business administration, engineering or a comparable field is required.
• Proven experience developing governance structures, policies and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Shape and further develop the group's governance structure, including policy framework design and code of conduct.
• Establish and continuously improve a group-wide compliance management system with controls and monitoring.
• Monitor, assess and improve the internal control system.
• Build and operate a group-wide risk management framework with regular risk inventory and reporting to the Executive Board.
• Drive and continuously improve the ESG policy and related corporate processes.
• Partner with department heads to embed governance and compliance into day-to-day processes.
• Prepare the group for increasing GRC requirements as the business scales internationally.
