ALPLA Werke Alwin Lehner GmbH & Co KG in Hard, Austria is seeking a Technical Key Account Manager to lead the global technical relationship with strategic customers and drive RFQ ownership across the organization.

You will build strong cross-functional partnerships, understand customer roadmaps, and translate strategies into growth opportunities while traveling as needed to maintain key partnerships and drive long-term success.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technical background (Product Development, Engineering, Operations or Packaging).
• Experience in engaging with customers.
• Proactive, self-driven and structured working style.
• Able to connect customer strategy and business opportunities with ALPLA technical capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building long-term customer partnerships.
• Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are considered as an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Aufgaben

• Own and actively lead the global technical relationship with assigned Strategic Key Customers
• Build strong relationships across customer technical and development organizations
• Technical ownership of request for quotations, ensuring technical feasibility, competitiveness and customer-focused solutions
• Understand customer technology roadmaps and strategic priorities
• Identify business opportunities and future business challenges
• Partner closely with the Global Key Account Manager to translate customer strategies into growth opportunities
• Escalation handling for technical topics in alignment with Global Key Account Manager
• Coordinate and connect ALPLA functions including Product Development, Innovation Management, Recycling, Operations and Technical Centers
• Develop and align global customer guidelines and technical standards
• Lead customer workshops
• Represent ALPLA in high-level technical discussions and strategic customer meetings
• Global overview of customer project portfolio
