Jobgether SRL partners to fill a Director, Worldwide Tax role based in Austria. The position leads a global tax function for a fast-growing technology company, shaping tax strategy across US and international roles, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes.

You will manage a high-caliber tax team, partner with finance leadership, and drive cross-border planning, tax compliance, and governance. A strong focus on AI-enabled tax processes and data analytics complements strategic leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field.
• CPA is strongly preferred; MST or advanced degree is an advantage.
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience across US and international tax.

Aufgaben

• Lead the worldwide tax function covering US federal/state/local, international, transfer pricing, and indirect tax.
• Develop and execute global tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise CFO and finance leadership on strategic tax matters and transactions.
• Oversee cross-border structuring, M&A tax due diligence, and integration.
• Mentor internal tax team and manage external advisors.
• Modernize tax operations using AI, automation, and analytics.
