Zusammenfassung

SWARCO AG in Austria seeks an experienced tax professional to co-manage international tax matters for the ITS Group. You will work closely with the CFO, Group Finance, and local teams to shape global tax strategy and governance.

The role focuses on transfer pricing design, documentation, and compliance, including CbCR, DAC6, and Pillar Two, with responsibility to improve reporting KPIs and support strategic corporate transactions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in international taxation, transfer pricing, and tax governance.
• Knowledge of BEPS 2.0 / Pillar Two is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex tax regulations clearly.

Aufgaben

• Co-manage international tax matters across the ITS Group.
• Serve as central contact for subsidiaries on transfer pricing matters.
• Design and monitor the global transfer pricing model and related analyses.
• Draft intercompany agreements, SLAs, licensing, and cost-sharing docs.
• Ensure compliance with international tax regs including CbCR, DAC6, Pillar Two.
• Prepare tax reporting, KPIs, and support audits and major corporate transactions.
