Zusammenfassung

SWARCO ITS Services GmbH in Wattens, Tirol, Austria, seeks a Head of Finance to lead the ITS Finance team, shape financial strategy, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management while guiding capital allocation and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in an international business environment.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing finance teams.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, long-term financial planning, investment controlling, group reporting, and taxation.

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop, and manage the ITS Finance team with full functional and disciplinary responsibility.
• Provide the Executive Board with data-driven financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and implement the finance strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Own the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for accurate decisions.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning.
• Drive initiatives to optimize capital allocation, improve cash flow, and profitability.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Oversee internal controls, governance, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities for compliance.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
• Evaluate investment opportunities including CAPEX, acquisitions, and divestments.
• Support ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives.
• Continuously improve finance processes and drive automation and digitalization.
