SCHULMEISTER Management Consulting Linz GmbH seeks an experienced tax consultant to lead global transfer pricing strategy from its Austrian head office, focusing on OECD-aligned policies and cross-border governance.

The role requires five+ years in transfer pricing, fluency in English, and collaboration with internal teams and external advisors. The position supports international expansions, ERP projects, and potential M&A activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law with a strong focus on taxation.
• Ideally completed tax advisor qualification.
• At least five years of professional transfer pricing experience.
• Experience in international environments, healthcare sector or Big Four preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the Group Transfer Pricing Policy in line with OECD guidelines and local tax requirements.
• Review and optimize transfer pricing methodologies and monitor international tax developments.
• Manage global transfer pricing documentation and coordinate with external advisors.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and support tax matters related to transfer pricing, IP, product launches, and international expansions.
• Support tax audits, authority inquiries, and contribute to M&A activities, restructurings, ERP and automation projects.
• Act as primary contact for management and internal stakeholders and provide transfer pricing training.
