VAT Group in Haag is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Forging & Casting to lead global sourcing strategies and partner with key stakeholders. You will sustain the sourcing operating model and drive cost reductions while ensuring supply base performance in QCD.

The role requires deep knowledge of direct materials, supplier assessments, and cross-functional leadership across supply chain, engineering, and production. Fluency in German and English is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of strategic and operational sourcing experience in global category management.
• Experience with category-specific production techniques and processes.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing markets and supplier management.
• Proficient in Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in Eastern Europe, Asia, and spend relocation activities.
