Qualifikationen

• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
• German language is an additional asset.
• Completed technical education with IT focus and good generalist IT know-how.
• Initial work experience in service delivery management or international service/IT/telecom project management.

Aufgaben

• Generation and handling of change requests.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
• Service management and project leadership for global service projects.
• Ensuring timely incident and problem analysis and resolution with Service and Product Engineers.
• Identification of optimization potential and development of customer growth plans within lifecycle management.
• Development of technical solutions, documentation, and support of Pre-Sales and Sales activities.
