Job Introduction

Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

Currently we are looking for one Service Manager (all genders) in Public Safety.

As Customer Services for the installed base business, we are the contact for all customers of all Frequentis business areas.

Key Tasks

• Generation and handling of change requests
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and subcontractors
• Service management and project leadership for global service projects
• Ensuring timely incident and problem analysis and resolution in close collaboration with Service and Product Engineers
• Identification of optimization potential and development of customer growth plans within the lifecycle management framework
• Development of technical solutions, creation of documentation, and support of Pre-Sales and Sales activities

Key Qualifications

• Completed technical education with IT focus and good generalist IT Know-How
• Initial work experience as a Service Delivery Manager (all genders) or in project management of international service/IT/telecom projects
• Operational experience (managed services) is an advantage
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), German is an additional asset
• Willingness to travel worldwide (20-30%)
