You will own strategy across DACH and expand into international markets, collaborating with Marketing, website, and engineering teams to optimize architecture, content, and crawlability.

The role requires hands-on technical SEO, strong keyword research, and experience managing budgets and agencies while maintaining strategic ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-time SEO with ownership of strategy and measurable results.
• Experience developing SEO across multiple international markets, including DACH.
• Hands-on technical SEO with collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong keyword research and competitive analysis for traditional and AI search.
• Excellent SEO copywriting skills or experience commissioning content.
• Experience managing SEO budgets and agencies while maintaining in-house ownership.
• Hands-on experience with Webflow or similar website platform.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute SEO strategy across DACH and international markets.
• Partner with website and engineering teams on site architecture, crawlability, and technical SEO implementation.
• Lead keyword research and competitive analysis for traditional search and AI-generated results.
• Write, commission, brief, and evaluate content for priority search queries.
• Manage the SEO budget and external agency relationships while retaining strategic ownership.
• Measure performance and use results to improve rankings and organic traffic.
