End-Client in Austria is launching a multi-year global S/4HANA programme and seeks a senior, German-speaking SAP Rollout Program Manager. You will lead the internal rollout team including FI/CO and MM/SD, manage external partners, and ensure delivery on plan and budget while aligning with the roadmap.

Hybrid work is possible; the first year on-site at the headquarters. International travel (~20-30%) and visa requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Solid track record leading large, global SAP projects/rollouts.
• Hands-on S/4HANA rollout experience preferred.
• Experience with international multi-workstream deployments.
• Proficiency with governance, documentation and lessons learned.

Responsabilités

• Lead the internal SAP rollout team across functions and countries.
• Direct external SAP partners to keep deployments on plan and budget.
• Establish rollout standards, governance and reusable delivery structures.
• Recruit and mature the team in year one and define the delivery approach.
• Engage executives and cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisions.
