Job summary

Nomura is seeking a Global RFP/DDQ Writer in Vienna to craft comprehensive responses to client proposals and due diligence questionnaires. You will collaborate with investment professionals, sales, relationship managers, legal and compliance teams across our global network to communicate Nomura's capabilities to clients.

This role offers exposure to Nomura's asset management strategies and a chance to develop coordination and project management skills in a fast-paced financial services

Responsibilities

• Compile and coordinate high-quality responses to RFPs and DDQs for Nomura's Asset Management department.
• Support Sales and Relationship Managers in maintaining and expanding client relationships through timely and accurate proposal responses.
• Maintain and enhance Nomura's response database to ensure consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment across all client communications.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while adhering to strict client deadlines and internal quality standards.
• Ensure all responses accurately reflect Nomura's investment strategies, capabilities, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate across global regions and time zones to support Nomura's international client base.
