The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between €41,000 and €75,000 year - annual gross salary including 20 hours of overtime payment per month (see below footnote for additional compensation and benefits information).

Role Description:

We are seeking a Global RFP/DDQ Writer to join Nomura's Asset Management department in a pivotal role supporting business development and client relationship management. You will prepare comprehensive responses to client proposals and due diligence questionnaires, collaborating with investment professionals, sales teams, relationship managers, legal and compliance experts across our global network to effectively communicate Nomura's investment capabilities to prospective and existing clients.

This role offers exceptional learning opportunities in asset management, providing deep exposure to Nomura's investment strategies, client needs, and global market dynamics while developing specialized coordination and project management skills that are highly valued across the financial services industry.

Key objectives critical to success:
  • Compile and coordinate high-quality responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) for Nomura's Asset Management department.
  • Support Sales and Relationship Managers in maintaining and expanding client relationships through timely and accurate proposal responses.
  • Maintain and enhance Nomura's response database to ensure consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment across all client communications.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while adhering to strict client deadlines and internal quality standards.
  • Ensure all responses accurately reflect Nomura's investment strategies, capabilities, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across global regions and time zones to support Nomura's international client base.
