Partners Group is seeking a Content Lead for its Evergreens team to shape product storytelling and client-facing materials. You will coordinate with Portfolio Management and Client Relationship teams to deliver reports, teasers, and RFP responses while upholding editorial standards and adopting AI-enabled tools.

You will translate complex private market topics into clear client narratives, manage senior stakeholders, and monitor trends to support global, scalable content growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of private markets, Evergreens, portfolio management and trends.
• 4–10 years of experience in a similar role within financial services; private markets exposure preferred.
• Advanced analytics toolkit (Excel/SQL) with ability to translate data into client messaging.
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Excellent editorial judgment and communication skills for client narratives.
• Comfortable leveraging technology and AI to improve content quality and throughput.

What it's about

Join Partners Group’s Client Content Evergreens team at the center of our Evergreens fundraising momentum – shaping the product story and bringing investment insights to life through best-in-class client materials. In this role, you will lead how we position our Evergreens platform across reports, pitch materials, DDQs/RFPs and strategic requests, ensuring content is impactful, consistent, and stakeholder-ready. You will also help modernize our content engine by accelerating the adoption of data, technology and AI-enabled ways of working – supporting scalable, high-quality communication aligned with our long-term, responsible investment mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute product content activities for Partners Group’s Evergreens business line, developing and implementing product marketing strategy in close collaboration with Portfolio Management and Client Relationship teams
• Oversee and contribute to monthly Evergreen reports, product pitchbooks and teasers, DDQs, and RFP responses
• Set and enforce standards for editorial quality and tone, ensuring consistent messaging, quality and compliance across deliverables
• Serve as a key point of contact for complex client requests and high-stakes reporting, providing expert guidance and solutions
• Drive adoption of new technologies, data tools and AI solutions to improve content creation efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate investment insights into client-facing content; define metrics and KPIs to track content impact on fundraising activities
• Stay current on private markets trends and the competitive landscape; act as liaison with other content teams to support global consistency
• Support internal education initiatives and special projects that drive business growth and enhance Evergreens fundraising efforts

What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree (business, finance, or related field preferred), or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of (or clear interest in) private market investments, Evergreens, portfolio management and relevant market trends
• Demonstrated experience (4-10 years) in a similar role within financial services; exposure to private markets is strongly preferred
• Advanced analytical toolkit (e.g., Excel / SQL) with an ability to translate data into clear client messaging
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders in a matrix organization, align viewpoints, and drive outcomes
• Excellent editorial judgment and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, client-ready narratives
• Comfortable leading change and innovation, including leveraging technology and AI to improve quality and throughput
• High ownership, attention to detail, and sound prioritization under tight timelines and high workload
• Exceptional English and German written and verbal communication skills
