UNIQA Insurance Group seeks an International Reporting Innovation Expert (Insurance, Power BI & AI) to shape performance management across UNIQA International. You will transform business requirements into advanced visualizations and AI-driven reporting, bridging business and technology to support strategic decisions.

You will design modern Power BI solutions, drive Copilot adoption, and continuously improve reporting standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, Controlling, Insurance, Economics or a comparable field.
• Experience in Insurance/Finance/Controlling or Performance Management, in reporting or steering functions.
• Good understanding of key insurance and performance management KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Design and enhance Power BI reporting solutions and dashboards for international reporting.
• Translate business requirements into insightful management reporting concepts.
• Drive AI-enabled reporting approaches and Copilot adoption across Planning functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting standards and decision-making.
