UNIQA Insurance Group AG is seeking an International Reporting Innovation Expert to shape the future of reporting and planning across UNIQA International. You will design modern Power BI dashboards, drive AI-enabled insights, and partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable reporting concepts.

The role emphasizes a business-oriented approach to performance management, with a focus on innovation, visualization, and AI-powered workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Controlling, Insurance, Economics or a comparable field.
• First professional experience in Insurance, Finance, Controlling or Performance Management, ideally in a reporting, planning or steering-related function.
• Good understanding of key insurance and performance management KPIs
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful management reporting solutions.

Aufgaben

• Design and continuously enhance Power BI reporting solutions and dashboards for management insights.
• Drive AI-enabled reporting and Copilot-driven processes within Reporting & Planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable reporting concepts.
• Support international Reporting and Planning across UNIQA International entities.
