Zusammenfassung

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Data Governance Manager for the Quality Medicine Team in a global role. You will leverage business process analyst expertise to ensure the accuracy, usability, availability and security of data generated in the Quality Medicine department.

In this position you will coordinate data structures, oversee governance standards, and drive BI reporting quality across the organization. Strong communication in English and leadership in pharma data projects are essential.

Qualifikationen

  • PhD with GxP experience in pharma or MSc with GxP in pharma.
  • PM certification or 5+ years managing complex projects.
  • Direct experience as a Process Owner or Lead.
  • Proven leadership and knowledge of drug development processes.
  • Excellent ability to present content in English to target groups.

Aufgaben

  • Lead resolution of Data Governance demands from stakeholders.
  • Triaging demands, forming solution teams, ensure BI data structures.
  • Develop and oversee governance processes, standards and systems.
  • Drive execution of the Data Governance strategy and resources.
  • Ensure data integrity enabling advanced reporting and analytics.

The position

As of now we are seeking a Data Governance Manager for the Quality Medicine Team. In this global role you will leverage business process analyst expertise focused on data and process integration and will be responsible to ensure the accuracy, usability, availability and security of data generated in the Quality Medicine department.

Tasks & responsibilities
  • Step into a pivotal role where you will use your business process analyst expertise to lead the resolution of complex Data Governance demands submitted by Key Stakeholders from across the company.

  • Triaging the demands, assembling the correct solution team and ensuring implementation for new or amended data structures to optimize Business Intelligence Reporting needs of customers.

  • Embrace the responsibility for development, maintenance and oversight of the processes, standards, and systems used in the implementation of Data Governance procedures according to the standards of the Data Governance office.

  • Become the driving force behind executing the Data Governance strategy including organizing and monitoring resources.

  • Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the integrity and accuracy of our data, contributing to the overall quality of our work and facilitating advanced reporting and analytics.

Requirements
  • PhD with a minimum of 3 years of GxP experience, or MSc with a minimum of 5 years of GxP experience, gained within the pharmaceutical industry, CROs, or regulatory authorities.

  • Project Management Certification or 5 year’s project management experience, demonstrating increasing complexity of projects managed.

  • Direct experience as a Process Owner or Lead.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and knowledge of processes in drug development.

  • Excellent ability to present complicated content in a clear, comprehensible and target group-oriented manner, presentation confidence (in English).

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 91.500 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
