Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data analytics within manufacturing, strong Excel and reporting tool skills, and the willingness to travel up to 40%. English fluency is required with preference for additional languages.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in technical, economics, data analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in data analytics, reporting or related areas.
• Manufacturing industry background.
• System operations management experience.
• Experience with operational reporting, dashboards, data quality and performance management.
• Excel-based analysis; knowledge of Power BI / SAP SAC or similar tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel about 40%.

Aufgaben

• Support Operational Excellence projects with structured data analysis and management insights.
• Prepare analyses across production, productivity, maintenance, energy and performance areas.
• Develop and maintain data models, KPI overviews and dashboards for multiple levels.
• Support operational reporting processes, data quality, monthly closes and budgeting.
• Maintain reporting systems, templates, data checks and reduce double reporting.
• Collaborate with mills, key-users and central functions for training and issue resolution.
