Zusammenfassung

Mondi Group is seeking a Group Risk Manager to strengthen how the company identifies, assesses and manages technical and operational risks across its global network. You will work with SHE, Engineering and Operations to implement risk strategies and drive informed decision-making.

The role offers broad exposure across sites, with opportunities to influence risk practices and contribute to continuous improvement of Mondi's risk culture on a group level. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant technical risk management experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with asset risk, equipment, processes and operations.
• Experience with international/multi-site insurance programs and risk assessments.
• Understanding of property, machinery, operational hazards and loss prevention.
• Strong analytical skills using risk data to identify priorities and support decisions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across different functions, levels and locations.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Structured, pragmatic approach from identifying risk to mitigating actions.
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) is advantageous.
• Fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement Group-wide technical risk management strategies, standards and processes.
• Coordinate and oversee technical risk identification and assessment across Mondi sites.
• Lead technical risk surveys and audits with local teams and track mitigation actions.
• Provide expert advice on technical risks to support operational decisions and projects.
• Monitor risk treatment activities and report updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Group SHE, Engineering and Operations for coordinated risk management.
• Analyze risk data and turn it into dashboards and insights for management.
• Manage relationships with external service providers and partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of risk management processes and culture.
• Lead or support crisis management and incident investigations where risks are involved.
