Job summary

ALPLA Group is seeking a Business Analyst Global Procurement to turn procurement data into actionable insights for senior leadership across Europe. You will build dashboards, monitor spend and supplier performance, and provide strategic recommendations to improve procurement results.

You will partner with Procurement, Finance, IT and Digitalization teams, acting as the single source of truth for reporting and performance tracking in a global, family-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience in Business Analytics, Controlling, Finance or Procurement.
• Strong analytical mindset and passion for transforming data into business value.
• Excellent skills in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as MS Dynamics (D365) or SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful procurement dashboards, KPIs and management reports.
• Analyze spend, savings and supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support procurement leadership with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Act as the single source of truth for procurement reporting and performance tracking.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, IT and Digitalization teams across Europe.
• Contribute to exciting projects around supplier management, savings programs and procurement transformation.
