ALPLA Werke Alwin Lehner GmbH & Co KG is seeking a Business Analyst Global Procurement to turn data into strategic insights across Europe from its centralized procurement hub in Austria. You will partner with leadership to drive transparency, KPIs, and value creation in purchasing.

The role focuses on dashboards, spend analysis, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT and Digitalization teams.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience in Business Analytics, Controlling, Finance or Procurement.
• Strong analytical mindset and passion for transforming data into business value.
• Excellent skills in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as MS Dynamics (D365) or SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop meaningful procurement dashboards, KPIs and management reports
• Analyze spend, savings and supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities
• Support procurement leadership with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
• Act as the single source of truth for procurement reporting and performance tracking
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, IT and Digitalization teams across Europe
• Contribute to exciting projects around supplier management, savings programs and procurement transformation
