Job summary

Red Bull Data Service GmbH is offering a 6‑month internship in the Global Finance Portfolio Management team starting January/February 2027. You’ll contribute to portfolio governance and reporting, coordinating across Finance, Sales, Operations, IT and Global Data.

You will own selected work packages, support dashboards and data quality, and help shape Change Management training while collaborating with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced undergraduate, postgraduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with structured data.
• High attention to detail and a reliable, quality‑focused way of working.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks in parallel
• Clear communication skills and confidence collaborating with diverse, international stakeholders
• Proactive, curious and hands‑on mindset, with the confidence to take ownership of defined topics
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with AI or project management tools is beneficial.
• Interest in Portfolio, Project and Change Management and a desire to understand how strategic initiatives move from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio reviews, dashboards and management decision materials.
• Consolidate project updates to help turn portfolio data into clear insights on priorities, progress, dependencies and risks.
• Review portfolio and project data for completeness, consistency and timeliness; coordinate corrections with stakeholders.
• Explore improvements through reporting, automation, data visualisation and responsible use of AI.
• Shape and coordinate Change Management learning initiatives and manage participants, materials and communications.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT and Global Data across head­quarters and markets.
• Take ownership of selected work packages or team improvement initiatives from structuring to presentation of results.
• Provide the organisational backbone through meeting prep, action tracking and knowledge management.
