Zusammenfassung

IQVIA’s Clinical Functional Service Partnerships (Clinical FSP) seeks a (Senior) Global Clinical Trial Leader to drive end-to-end delivery of complex Phase III trials. You will lead core and extended teams, ensuring milestones, quality, and adherence to timelines while engaging senior stakeholders across a global matrix.

This role combines scientific leadership with operational execution and risk-balanced decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years of clinical research experience.
• 5+ years global clinical trial management experience.
• Master’s degree or higher in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related field is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, EU Clinical Trials Regulation and related global requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead global Phase III trials from preparation through reporting with accountability for quality, milestones, and timelines.
• Drive protocol development with medical, statistical, and cross-functional partners; ensure operational feasibility.
• Oversee planning, feasibility, recruitment, and site engagement for global trials.
• Maintain governance forums, secure timely decisions from senior stakeholders.
• Manage trial delivery partners and ensure quality/compliance across the trial lifecycle.
