PSI CRO is seeking a senior Clinical Project Manager to lead global, multi-center clinical research projects. You will manage the full scope of responsibilities and work hands-on across study activities, timelines, and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to build client relationships while guiding cross-functional teams through complex trials, including oncology and GI indications.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive clinical research project management experience.
• Global/regional PM experience from startup to closure.
• Therapeutic experience in oncology and GI (IBD, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's).
• Experience managing Phase II/III trials preferred.
• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Lead global, multi-site clinical research projects across therapeutic areas.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standards.
• Chair and manage multi-functional project teams.
• Provide training, mentoring and coaching to project staff.
• Serve as primary client contact on project matters.
