IQVIA is seeking a Sr Manager, Global Site Activation, Legal Liaison to provide expert operational support for clinical trial contracting. You will be the main contact for contracting matters, ensuring consistency with internal legal requirements and updated templates across sites.

With a Master’s in law and 5+ years’ experience, you will lead the site contracts library, translate and validate templates, and train Site Contracts teams.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in law and at least 5 years’ experience as a qualified lawyer.
• 5 years’ sponsor, CRO, or pharma experience, preferably in clinical site contracting.
• Strong negotiating and communication skills with ability to challenge.

Aufgaben

• Provide study-specific contracting support to Project Managers, SSUMs, Site Contract Negotiators, and Global Template Developers.
• Act as the primary operational contact for complex contracting issues and facilitate timely resolution while escalating legal matters internally to Legal Department as appropriate.
• Advise stakeholders on approved contracting positions, templates, and IQVIA contracting policies.
• Own and maintain the Global Site Contracts Library, including country-specific contract templates, guidance documents, and supporting materials.
• Lead the development, validation, maintenance, translation coordination, version control, and continuous improvement of contract templates.
• Ensure consistency with IQVIA Legal guidance and implement updated contracting practices across site contracting team.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to Site Contracts teams on templates, contracting processes, governance, and escalation procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive standardization, operational excellence, and compliance in contracting activities.
• Support the evolution of contracting processes and tools to meet changing business and country-specific requirements.
